Winemaker notes:
Whole bunched pressed, cold settled, clean juice racked to French Oak Barrels, indigenous yeast Alcoholic fermentation.  Lees stirred post ferment once a fortnight. Alc/vol: 13.5%

5 months in French Hogsheads and Barriques both new (25%) and used.  

Tasting notes:
This wine shows vibrant stone fruit flavours and just a hint of ginger spice that are true to variety.  Barrel fermentation adding an extra dimension.  Long, voluptuous and seamlessly balanced.  Alc 13.5%

Matches well with a variety of dishes such as:  Souvlaki,  Lamb Curry,  Thai Salads, turkey sandwich,  pasta with cheese,  seafood chowder, lobster bisque, white clam chowder, cream of asparagus soup, cream of cauliflower soup, chicken marsala, Yellowtail Sashimi, a spicy tuna roll,  roast turkey, pork with fruit, pasta with seafood, sea bass, a salad with chicken, a garden salad, chicken soup, Goat cheese.
