Winemaker notes:
Liqueur Muscats are a wine style unique to Australia.  This wine was aged in used barrels for many years which concentrates the power and richness of the wine. 

Tasting notes:
Sweet and luscious, Muscat is one of the richest and most powerful wines in the world with classic aromas and flavours, showing a raisined sweetness that explodes on the front of the palate and then morphs into flavours of caramel, honey, dried fig and rancio. Alc 19%.

Food match:
Matches well with a variety of dishes such as Chocolate Pudding with Salted Caramel Sauce, Buttery Foie Gras and Sticky Date Pudding with a Butterscotch Sauce.
