Andy and Leanne Williams are the new team at Hidden Creek Winery, Café, Vineyard, together with Pepper the winery dog.
Andy is an award winning Winemaker who holds a bachelor degree in Science (Wine Science) from Charles Sturt University. He also holds the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 2 and Level 3 certificates in wines and spirits, and has received training in the techniques and practices of wine show judging at the Advanced Wine Assessment Course.
He has actively contributed to the local community and supports the Granite Belt Wine region in QLD through his volunteer involvement as past President of the Stanthorpe Agricultural Society. He is also the Past President of the Australian Small Winemakers Show, Australia’s largest inland wine show.
Leanne is Business Manager and holds a bachelor degree in Commerce (majors in applied economics and information systems analysis and management science). She has also worked at several local cellar doors, and runs two other businesses behind the scenes.
Pepper is a cocker spaniel X labrador who is our customer relations officer, (and part time vineyard bird scarer).
