Andy is an award winning Winemaker who holds a bachelor degree in Science (Wine Science) from Charles Sturt University.
He also holds the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 2 and Level 3 certificates in wines and spirits, and has received training in the techniques and practices of wine show judging at the Advanced Wine Assessment Course.
Andy’s vision for the Queensland Wine Industry is to collectively embrace wine marketing and education startegies to enhance and promote the reputation and success of Queensland wines – this can only be achieved by making world class wines reflective of our climate, soil type and topography, of which Andy does in spades!
